Friendly staff and great prices but they could be a bit cleaner especially around the frozen food area
THEY ARE KNOWINGLY SELLING ROTTEN MEAT AND THEY DONT CARE. Bought some of their pre prepared chicken fajitas yesterday, when i opened the bag it stunk up my whole house, it wasnt just a little rotten, it was like weeks past its time. It was the same smell that lingers in that entire store. Theres no way that the butcher was unaware of the state of the chicken. Ive also had problems in the past where they will put a layer of nice pink ground beef over rotten ground beef so you dont realize its rotten till you get home. They have had issues for selling rotten meat amongst other things for as long as i can remember. Check out their yelp for more info
This place is nasty. Wally sells expired and rotten food. Stay away.
Worst market in I.B!!! They love selling expired food! It's happened to me twice! Hoping the new Grocery Outlet across the street will help to run it out of here and get a real produce market like a Sprouts there instead.
