Haven't lived here but about a year. Two increases in the rent for no respect from management at all. Place is horribly kept. However, looking at managements home looks very updated. New fence,and everything. Noticed that there's a lock on fence towards front door. Why is there a lock? What if your tenant is having a emergency of some sort? This place isn't worth it. I've seen more than 10 families move out.... should tell you something. Poor poor management. Place would be great if managed correctly.
Hasn't anyone noticed how everything has risen since new horrible management came. Everything has changed and not for the better either. She has no respect from anyone here due to her only picking and choosing who to pick on. She does choose favorites. No one here is treated the same. And she never has to follow the "rules" so y should anyone else? She does delete comments unsure of why ? Actually, I know why because people are actually calling her on her mess. New hours with little time. No weekend days in office. Meanwhile her office is connected to house not understanding big deal on how she can decrease time frames. But here washer and dryer have went up in price. Rent 2x there's absolutely no parking for guests due to only 3 visitors parking for the entire lot. Smh.she only seems to pick on people on the 1st row where her cameras are significantly pointing at certain tenants spaces. Descrimination at it's finest. Yes there's a lock on her gate so there's no way to walk to her door in case an emergency. Just all in all they new completely new management.
There's been better management before this lady.she Definitely down graded park. Maintenance sucks.she Discriminates against Tennant's a lot. Only picks and chooses who she says things to. Really unhappy. they need better management here. New management. she barely is ever even working. I've been there 4x each of which are during her minimal hours of operation now. Mon-fri am9-1pm. Not even open Saturday anymore. So lazy. Maintenance isn't any better I see the elderly man work harder and more than Andy the actual main maintenance man.smh
Noticed deletion of comments. Place isn't kept up at all. Management sucks. Rent has been raised 2xs within this year. For poor management. Also she doesn't really ever be in her office limited hours which have decreased even to no weekends which how can people who work mon-fri 8-6 speak with her? If she's only in the office when people are at work. Not to mention she's lazy and so is her boyfriend the so called "maitnence" letting the older man do all the hard work. There's also a lock on her front gate which is to her front door. So if there's an emergency how is one to contact you if no one ever answers phone, in their office or lazy and do jobs poorly. This place needs no raise in rent especially if the fixes they make are half ass anyway.
I agree with them below. This place would be great if you had real management and people who care about their job and property other than their own.
