This lady is a huge capital B. I will never be back to this place again. Just moved here made me feel like my dog was going to die and I am a bad dog owner. Huge jerk!
Incredibly friendly staff. Always willing to chat and be personable. While I don't attend enough to get to know each one (and for them to know me), you can tell in the way they talk to their regulars that they care about the pets. That alone is a huge motivating factor to go.
